An extremely comfortable and inviting lounge area with the main bar serving a wide selection of drinks including real ales.  All at very competitive rates.

Adjacent to the bar is the Michael Priestly meeting/function room, a quiet environment used for smaller meetings, events and TV lounge for sporting events. Available for hire at competitive rates.

Beyond the Main Lounge and Bar is a fully equipped concert room (The Bower Room) with its own bar, stage and toilets . This is used for social events, dances, weddings and dining events. The Bower Room can be hired for private functions at a very competitive rate. There is also an excellent kitchen facility and catering services can be arranged as required. Take the lift to the upper floor to find the best snooker facility in the town, with three full-size tables in excellent competition condition.  Regular matches take place within local snooker league.  For older members, come and join the 'Old Codgers' team for the regular weekly games.
